Celebrate the arrival of the New Year 2027 in style<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spend the last evening of the year in a Classicist villa beneath Prague Castle, by a roaring fire and with a view of Prague all lit up. Villa Richter is a place for exceptional moments, and this year\u2019s New Year\u2019s Eve will undoubtedly be one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Villa Richter Restaurant<\/a> is situated right inside the historic villa in the heart of the St Wenceslas Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in Bohemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head chef Jaroslav Bart\u016fn\u011bk has prepared an six-course tasting menu using premium ingredients: from oysters with caviar, through steak tartare with foie gras, to steak with Albufera sauce. We offer wine pairings to accompany the menu, including Pinot Noir and Riesling from our St Wenceslas Vineyard, which you can literally see from your window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At midnight, raise a glass of Champagne de Vilmont Brut Grande R\u00e9serve Premier Cru and welcome in the year 2027 with a view of Prague\u2019s night-time panorama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
