When the first Advent lights come on over Prague, the St. Wenceslas Vineyard below Prague Castle also comes to life. Throughout Advent, you\u2019re welcome to join us for mulled wine, fragrant Advent treats and music. All this is accompanied by a view of Prague that no other place in the city can boast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invite your loved ones for a stroll through the vineyard, warm up with a hot drink and let yourself be swept away by the atmosphere that fills the vineyard from the moment the lights are switched on until the very last night of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where:<\/strong> St. Wenceslas Vineyard, Villa Richter, Star\u00e9 z\u00e1meck\u00e9 schody 6, Prague 1<\/a> \u2013 enter via the upper entrance from Na Opy\u0161i Street<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On event days, a heated party marquee<\/strong> on the upper viewpoint right in the vineyard, a drinks bar and recorded music with Christmas carols await you \u2013 a DJ will provide the atmosphere on New Year\u2019s Eve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On weekdays<\/strong>, Richter\u2019s Street Food Market<\/a> by the vineyard entrance is open \u2013 a self-service bistro with quick refreshments and a panoramic view of Prague, daily 11:00 AM\u20137:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s on offer:<\/strong> mulled wine, punch, hot Aperol, cocktails, prosecco and Villa Richter wine<\/a> from our own vineyard. Christmas cookies are available to buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get here:<\/strong> The nearest stop is Malostransk\u00e1 (metro line A, trams 12, 15, 20, 22 and 23); from there, continue up the Old Castle Stairs to the upper entrance on Na Opy\u0161i Street, opposite the Black Tower, leading straight to the vineyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Year\u2019s Eve in the Vineyard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the last day of the year the vineyard stays open until 2:00 AM. A DJ, a drinks bar, a heated marquee and the New Year with a view over all of Prague. Free entry.<\/strong>
